Meddela Expands Engineering Practice at NSTP, NUST Islamabad

Meddela is growing its engineering, professional services, and QA teams at the National Science and Technology Park (NSTP) at NUST in Islamabad, expanding capacity across document automation implementation and software development.

NSTP serves as a hub for technology companies operating at the intersection of academia and industry, and Meddela's presence there has grown steadily as client engagements — both in document automation services and custom enterprise software — have scaled.

What's driving the expansion

The growth reflects increased demand across two areas of Meddela's business: document automation implementation work for platform vendor partners, and custom software development engagements for enterprise clients in North America. Both require the same underlying foundation — experienced engineers who can work directly with client teams on production systems, not just isolated development tasks.

New hires joining the Islamabad team are being onboarded directly into active client engagements, working alongside Meddela's existing engineering, QA, and professional services staff. This expansion adds capacity without changing how Meddela structures its delivery teams: senior-first staffing, direct integration with client workflows, and a continued focus on offshore engineering as a genuine extension of in-house teams rather than a separate outsourced function.
