Meddela (Private) Limited has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, awarded by TÜV AUSTRIA following an independent audit of the company's information security management system.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the current international standard for information security management, covering how an organisation identifies, manages, and reduces information security risk across people, processes, and technology. Certification requires an external audit of documented policies, technical controls, and operational practice — not simply a self-attestation.

What the certification covers

Meddela's certification (Certificate No. 20201250014094) covers the company's IT services, IT-enabled services, and BPO operations. In practice, this means the security controls governing how Meddela handles client data, manages access, and operates its delivery environments have been independently verified against a recognised international standard.

For clients in regulated industries — where vendor security posture is itself part of a compliance and procurement decision — this provides an external, auditable reference point rather than relying solely on contractual assurances.

Why this matters for clients

Organisations evaluating an offshore delivery partner or a document automation vendor are increasingly expected to demonstrate that their own vendors meet a baseline of information security maturity. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification gives Meddela's clients — and their own auditors — a standard, recognised answer to that question.

This certification applies across all of Meddela's service lines, including document automation professional services, custom software development, and offshore engineering team engagements.
